With a degree in electromechanics, Hamid has accumulated 14 years' experience in the field of machine tools and precision mechanics, notably with MORI SEIKI, a world leader, where he held the position of department manager.
In 2008, he changed jobs and sectors by joining the EXELLIANCE design office, first as group organisation manager, then as subsidiary manager in Romania.
His meeting with Laurent LAUDICINA in 2010 marked a turning point, and together they developed EXELLIANCE's Moroccan subsidiary.
In 2012, they co-founded AHL Design & Engineering, first in Romania, then in Morocco.
An engineering graduate of ESSTIN in Nancy, Laurent began his career in 1996 at OMEGA CONCEPT as HVAC project manager.
He took part in emblematic projects such as STMicroelectronics Crolles 2,
before developing his expertise in the field of cleanrooms with reference projects for international players such as
MERIDIONAL IMPIANTI, EXYTE, CEGELEC and BOUYGUES BÂTIMENT INTERNATIONAL.
His international career has taken him to Russia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Slovakia.
In 2012, Hamid CHTOUANE and Laurent LAUDICINA shared their desire to set up their own project.
They decided to join forces and create their own company : AHL Design & Engineering ROMANIA was born, followed by AHL MOROCCO.
Drawing on their complementary backgrounds, they focused their activities on international projects, building a multicultural corporate culture integrating employees of various nationalities, including Romanian, French, Filipino, Tunisian and Moroccan. AHL’s ability to adapt and capitalize on its international know-how has enabled it to make a name for itself on export markets.
Twelve years after its creation, AHL has over 100 employees in several countries, including France, Morocco and Romania, with branches in Italy, Sweden and Norway.
The initial motivation of the two partners has continued to grow and develop their group, making AHL the ideal partner for any assignment anywhere in the world.
