SAFETY AT AHL DESIGN & ENGINEERING

At AHL Design & Engineering, safety is at the heart of our concerns.

We are aiming for zero serious accidents, so major risks must be defined and monitored from design to installation, to ensure everyone's safety.

To achieve this, we have put in place a strong prevention approach.

The 3 keys to success:

Teaching by example

All our managers lead by example, taking safety into account in every decision they make, making regular site visits, setting high standards and monitoring safety on a daily basis.

Training and promoting integration

All employees must receive induction, health and safety training adapted to their work and the risks to which they are exposed.
To ensure effective training and optimum integration, safety talks, site visits, induction and safety training courses and HSE documentation are translated into the workers' own language.

Ensuring the safety of all our players

We apply the same high standards to our employees, subcontractors and temporary workers.
Site meetings are held every morning to ensure that safety rules and instructions are known and followed on every site.
It is imperative that everyone is well prepared and applies the right methods, using the right work tools. Every risk is identified and assessed, and strenuous tasks are anticipated for greater fluidity.
